Leafs always fall apart before the trade deadline and pick up a bit once it's past.

Idk it always seems to happen with the leafs they do the same poop all the time maybe with your gm not getting rid of your team this time they can move forward next year but I think they are probably done this year

i think if Ron wilson and Reimer can get the leafs poop together then we are poised for a big run and a run that will knock the Panthers out of the playoffs, then next year them not even being close to being a playoff team.

I predict: 3-2 Panthers in overtime.

Whether the Leafs make it or not this year I will not venture to guess, it would not bother me if they do make it as I do not have any dislike of the Leafs (like I do of the Habs!) BUT....

Next year these two franchises start moving in opposite directions. All our former lottery picks start to show up in greater numbers next season and while the Leaf's farm system is solid, its not the Panthers', next year they start to separate from one another, Panthers up, Leafs still scratching around the door.

We all want our teams to win and get out of mediocrity; for all the trash talk i say about the Panthers (not much, just to rile the fans), it would be freaking awesome for them to make the playoffs and it would be so good for Florida.. especially if they win their division and have home advantage for the playoffs. I don't watch Panthers games too often so that's one series i'd watch for sure..

I really hope the leafs and panthers make the playoffs and get back into being competitive for years to come

I agree with you I would love to see the panthers play the leafs in the playoffs I think that would be a great series so hopefully we both make it and we need up playing each there

Good game by the Cats. Pounced early on a troubled team and clawed back with a goal after each Leaf push to stifle any opposing momentum.

Need to keep that same energy against a motivated Winnipeg team. We have played them well so far this year but the games have been back and forth affairs with timely goals by both teams. Hopefully the trend of secondary scoring continues for the Cats.

Another chance for the Panthers to get to a 4 game winning streak. Will this be the moment that Panthers fans have not seen since the 2007-2008 season? That comeback against Carolina on Saturday just may be the game that we look back and say "That was the game that started it!".
